Dashboard to visualise operational and financial KPIs.

GIST includes a dashboard that allows users to analyze different operational planning scenarios from the point of view of the resources required and the associated costs. 

Some indicators that should be emphasized: 

• Costs (Totals, night hours, overtime, vehicle kilometers)…
• Extra hours, driving, traveling, crew on standby, night duty time…
• Minimum number of vehicles, ratio of commercial kilometers, number of vehicles by type…
• Commercial driving time / paid time, number of crew members by type of service…
