Projects and studies for licensing using simulation software

Traffic, Circulation and Parking Studies:

Traffic modeling study with microsimulation, using the AIMSUN software (TSS/Siemens), in which possible scenarios of intervention in the road network are studied. Traffic Studies includes post collection treatment of surveys and traffic data, according to licensing authorities’ guidelines. The study also includes suggestions about the adoption of the most effective mitigation methods possible considering traffic calming measures, verification of the dimensioning of access and parking according to the Trip Generation Manual of the Institute of Transportation Engineers. These studies are carried out in the scope of:

• Prior Information Requests (PIP)
• Impact studies of new developments on the surrounding road network
• Studies of urban and rural municipal mobility
